You can delete your ESAU account at any time from inside the app: open Settings and choose Delete Account. Deleting your account removes your profile and content and stops future subscription renewals. If you can’t sign in, you can request deletion by email — see the Delete Account page. If you need help, email us at support@esauapp.com.

ESAU support is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, injured, or lost, contact your local emergency services right away instead of emailing ESAU.
